Complementary Schools Development Hub Project

This is a 3 year project jointly funded and supported by Paul Hamlyn Foundation and Leicester City Council, and delivered in partnership with School Development Support Agency.

—The overall aim of the project is to improve the quality of complementary schools in and around Leicester through strong and sustainable partnerships between maintained schools and complementary schools.
The project will involve creating 10 ‘clusters’over 3 years, with a mainstream school as the ‘hub’ who will help develop a training programme, provide mentoring support and establish a longer term support network. Following the successful creation of 4 clusters in 2012-2013, we are currently in the process of establishing 4 clusters for the academic year 2013-2014.
